Roles&Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and classic banking customers , ensuring deep engagement and strong relationship management. Drive sales and cross-selling of banking products including: Current Accounts , CASA Life Insurance (LI) and General Insurance (GI) Demat Accounts , investment products, and other retail banking offeringsAcquire new clients through branch walk-ins, references, and outbound activities. Ensure excellent customer onboarding experience and seamless integration into classic portfolio services. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer solutions based on customer needs and market opportunities.Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail branch banking sales , with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the HNI and classic portfolio segment .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to build lasting relationships and influence clients through trust and credibility.
