Senior Account Officer, Sri Ganganagar

Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping Handle accounts payable&receivable processes Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts Manage GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) Assist in TDS calculations, returns, and compliance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsCoordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation (important for FMCG) Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Support budgeting and forecasting activities Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalentM.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory) Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, SAP) Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution accounting Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Prior experience in FMCG company Exposure to distributor accounting and high-volume transactions Knowledge of inventory and supply chain accounting
