HSE Engineer (Bathinda)

GTC Energy Pvt Ltd Position: HSE Officer / HSE Engineer Location: Bathinda Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Industrial Projects Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies, safety procedures, and refinery safety standards at site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety induction, and awareness programs for workforce.
- Monitor work permits, PPE compliance, housekeeping, and protected work practices.
- Carry out regular site safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, observations, incident records, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure compliance with client safety requirements.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, height work, lifting, and confined space work.
- Coordinate with client HSE team, supervisors, and contractors for safe execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company HSE standards. Eligibility Criteria
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field with Safety qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE activities in Oil & Gas / Refinery projects.
- Knowledge of refinery safety standards, PTW system, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site safety activities independently. Preferred Candidate
