We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development.
- Maintain inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
