We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, robust leadership skills, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. Develop cutting-edge and seasonal menus while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development. Maintain inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with management to meet customer expectations and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
