Senior Development Lead - Java / Backend Engineering (Bathinda)

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native backend systems powering high-performance, enterprise-grade applications. Drive architecture, reliability, and engineering excellence across microservices and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design & build microservices (Java, Spring Boot) with clean architecture principles
- Develop REST APIs & event-driven systems (Kafka)
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and performance
- Build & deploy on Azure using Docker & Kubernetes
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices
- Handle production incidents, RCA, and performance tuning
- Drive monitoring, alerting, and system stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers ️ Tech Stack

- Strong expertise in distributed systems & microservices architecture

- Proven experience in scalable, high-availability systems
- Robust skills in performance tuning, debugging, and RCA
