Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Process) Job Location: On-site Pune (No Work from Home) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle international clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in a night shift environment. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities foreign customers through calls, emails, and chat support. Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently through a ticketing system. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned customer accounts. Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain proper documentation of interactions and support activities. Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma holder can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory. Ability to interact confidently with foreign clients. Required Skills Communication & Client Handling Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Strong ability to communicate with international customers professionally. Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities. Relationship-driven approach with a consultative mindset. Professional Skills Strong responsibility and accountability in handling customers. Ability to manage and operate ticketing/support systems. High level of self-motivation and ownership. Ability to work collaboratively with technical, delivery, and leadership teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify long-term client value. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
