Job Description –
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about communication, client interaction, and business growth. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales process through effective coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities: Generate potential leads through cold calling and other outreach activities Communicate with prospective clients and provide information about company services Build and maintain professional relationships with clients Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and business opportunities Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team performance Continuously learn and improve communication, sales, and client-handling skills
Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Solid confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office Positive convincing and relationship-building abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace Fresh graduates from any stream are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
