Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and potential buyers.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct systematic follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and site visits efficiently, managing calendars for Managers & TL’s.
- Record Keeping: Maintain neat, clear, and accurate records of all inquiries and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
