Hiring: Video Editor Company: TechnoEdge Learning Services India Location: Pune Employment Type: Full Time (On-site) Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA (Based on Experience & Skills) About the Role We are looking for a passionate, creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who enjoys working on YouTube videos. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Youtuber and required to work from our office for the first three months. Based on performance, quality of work, and commitment, we will evaluate confirmation and flexibility to work from home or continue from office. Key Responsibilities:
· Edit raw footage into finished videos including cuts, transitions, pacing, colour correction, and audio mixing ensuring a high-quality output every time.
· Work with the creative team on briefs, understand the intent behind each video, and translate that into compelling visual storytelling.
· Handle motion graphics and basic visual effects to enhance videos as needed
- titles, lower thirds, animated callouts, etc.
· Manage and organize media assets, project files, and video libraries so the team can find and reuse content efficiently.
· Export and deliver videos in appropriate formats for different platforms — YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, internal use and more.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, and action feedback promptly without requiring follow-up. What we're looking for
· 1–3 years of hands-on video editing experience in a studio, agency, in-house team, or as a freelancer.
· A portfolio or showreel that shows you can tell a story through editing clean cuts, good pacing, and a clear sense of flow. Effects are secondary; strong editing fundamentals matter more.
· A good eye for when something looks or feels off whether it's the colour, the framing, or the timing and the ability to fix it without being told twice.
· Ability to work independently on multiple projects and communicate clearly about timelines and blockers.
· Familiarity with audio editing basics syncing, noise reduction, levels so you're not sending videos out with bad sound. Good to have
· Experience shooting video on DSLR or mirrorless cameras you can do more than just edit if needed.
· Familiarity with short-form content formats — Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style editing styles.
· Basic knowledge of SEO for video titles, thumbnails, and captions on platforms like YouTube. Familiarity with Any of the Following Tools (Proficiency in 3–4 of the following is sufficient)
