- Design social media graphics, carousels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create branding materials, including logos, business cards, brochures, flyers, and packaging mockups
- Support website and landing page visual design in collaboration with the web team
- Assist with basic motion graphics and short-form video editing when required
- Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Take feedback constructively, revise work, and meet project deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, platform formats, and evolving tools
- Organise and maintain design asset libraries and source files What We Are Looking For Required:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- A portfolio is mandatory. College projects, personal work, or internship samples are all accepted
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate for hybrid work Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital ad dimensions
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Prior internship experience at a creative or marketing agency What We Offer
