Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can drive brand visibility, generate leads, and position our firm strongly in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the firm
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate branding, content creation, and campaigns
- Build partnerships with real estate developers and consultants
- Handle digital marketing (ads, SEO, email campaigns, etc.)
- Plan and execute promotional events and presentations Requirements:
- Experience in marketing (architecture/real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach
