- Office Location Role Focus We are seeking ambitious and talented individuals with an MBA degree to join our Management Trainee Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our business. Key Responsibilities
· Support the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
· Drive timely completion of recruitment-related tasks and projects within defined timelines.
· Conduct data analysis on hiring metrics to support recruitment decision-making.
· Prepare regular recruitment reports and presentations highlighting insights and recommendations.
· Collaborate with different departments to understand their functions and improve recruitment processes.
· Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
· Actively seek feedback and guidance from seniors to accelerate qualified and professional growth. Qualification
· Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited institution.
· Strong academic background with a focus on business, management, or a related field.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
