Job Role: Field Collection Executive<\/b> <\/h2> Key Responsibilities<\/b> <\/h3>
- Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments<\/b> <\/p> <\/li>
- Ensure timely and accurate cash / digital collections<\/b> <\/p> <\/li>
- Follow up on overdue accounts<\/b> and pending payments <\/p> <\/li>
- Maintain daily collection reports<\/b> and submit them to the supervisor <\/p> <\/li>
- Build and maintain good customer relationships<\/b> <\/p> <\/li>
- Adhere to company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices<\/b> <\/p> <\/li>
- Coordinate with the internal team for dispute resolution and updates <\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> Eligibility Criteria<\/b> <\/h3>
- Minimum 1 year of experience<\/b> in a field collection role<\/b> <\/p> <\/li>
- Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections<\/b> preferred <\/p> <\/li>
- Should have own 2 wheeler & valid DL <\/p> <\/li>
- Ability to work in the field and meet daily targets <\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> Compensation & Benefits<\/b> <\/h3>
