Description
- Customer Order Management: Take and process orders from customers via multiple channels, including in-person, over the phone, and through digital platforms like WhatsApp.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Delivery Coordination: Effectively coordinate with various delivery services to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products, especially for our cloud kitchen operations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and offerings to provide recommendations and answer customer questions accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
- Sales & Upselling: Proactively suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle pressure gracefully Pay: ₹15,000.00
