Podar Education Network, is looking for Headmistress (Pre-primary - Podar Prep) for - Aurangabad Bihar - Muzaffarpur Bihar A Pre-primary Headmistress in a Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) school leads and manages the early childhood section (Nursery, LKG, UKG), ensuring a safe, nurturing, and development-focused environment for young learners.Broadly responsible for; - Prep Curriculum Implementation and Academic quality - Academic Administration - Events Management - Staff Recruitment and Management - Academic and Administrative responsibilities - Admissions Counselling, Centre growth etc - Safety and Security Eligibility:- Graduate with Diploma or Certification in Montessori OR Nursery OR ECCE - 5 to 10 years of experience of working in Pre-primary section as Coordinator or Centre Head - Excellent in Communication, IT, Digital Skills, Events and handling team - Passionate to work in prep, good at parent relations and students engagement- Creative bent of mind - Managing Curriculum and Implementation of the same - Responsible for Centre growth and Quality set up - Open to work in organized and structured environment, policy driven set up
