Job Title: Project Manager
- Civil (Commercial & Residential Buildings) Location: Mumbai, India Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in civil engineering to oversee and manage commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a Project Management Certificate. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Project Management Certificate (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector.
- Robust understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools. Preferred Skills:
- Experience in both commercial and residential projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Mumbai.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month Experience
