Maintanance Supervisor (New Alipore)

- Supervise daily maintenance operations of the building , facility.
- Manage electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure all equipment, machinery, electrical systems, and utilities work properly.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Handle repair and breakdown issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, service schedules, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC services.
- Ensure safety standards, hygiene, and company maintenance policies are followed.
- Monitor generator, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and water supply systems.
- Control maintenance expenses and reduce equipment downtime.
- Train and guide maintenance staff for smooth operations.
- Report major issues and maintenance updates to management. Pay: ₹15,000.00
