InnerKraft is looking for a skilled Relationship Manager in Sales to join our young and enthusiastic team. He has to do concept selling just like skill development programs in various corporate organizations with regard to psychological counselling in different organizations. It is B2B selling. Job Location: Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office) Nature of Employment: Full-time (10.30 am to 7.00 pm) Experience: 8years to 15 years in hard core B2B sales. Must have expertise in Institutional sales and corporate sales. Must have the knowledge to tap the right desk of SMEs and Large Enterprises in selling the concept like (skill development programs) and give presentations and close the deal. Job Overview: As a Sales Officer focusing on B2B, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the educational sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with SMEs and Large Enterprises. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of making mental wellness accessible to corporate employees nationwide. Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential SMEs and Large enterprises that would benefit from our services. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Customize your approach to align with the needs of different organisations.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers atSMEs, Large enterprises and educational institutions. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Present and Demonstrate Services: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our mental wellness services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and impact of our offerings.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company. Close deals that align with our business objectives. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. One must have valuable experience in Corporate sales (SMEs and large Enterprises) concept selling( like skill development programs or other concept selling programs and workshops selling)and Institutional Sales. One must have the expertise and fire to meet various respectable authorities in SMEs, Large enterprisesand negotiate to close the sales. One must have knowledge and expertise in Digital Marketing and Apps. What are we looking for in you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, concept selling( like skill development programs or other concept selling programs and workshops selling), preferably within the SMEs and Large enterprises.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Communication in English is must. Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Must be tech savvy and can handle computer. What We Offer:
