Esyasoft Landis+Gyr Limited is a leading organization in the Smart Metering industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to its clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our SCM team as a Manager.

Job Summary:

The SCM Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement of direct and indirect materials, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and managing logistics activities at the factory. The role requires strategic planning, vendor coordination, and leadership to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute micro-planning of direct materials to meet production requirements.


- Oversee procurement planning and ordering of direct materials, ensuring timely availability.


- Monitor and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.


- Manage sourcing, procurement, and delivery of indirect materials required for plant operations.


- Supervise and streamline inward logistics operations , ensuring cost efficiency and timeliness.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers .


- Ensure proper inventory management and coordination with production teams.


- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within the supply chain.


- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.


- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, finance, and quality.


- Lead, guide, and mentor the SCM team to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:


- Education: Graduate in any discipline


- Preferred Certifications: Diploma/Certificate in Materials Management or MBA (Operations/Supply Chain preferred)


- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role

Requirements
- Solid knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems

- Excellent planning, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including defining the scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for the AMISP project. Establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring they align with both business and client objectives. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the project’s timeline and deliverables. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, report on risks or issues, and suggest corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal use of assets to achieve project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that expenses are monitored and controlled within the approved limits. Track and control any changes to the project scope, ensuring they are documented, reviewed, and approved through formal change control processes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Proactively address conflicts or challenges within the project team or with external stakeholders to keep the project on track. Manage project documentation, ensuring that records of project decisions, changes, and milestones are organized and accessible. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution discussions with the project team and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent information flow at all project stages. Provide leadership and motivation to the project team, fostering an environment of focus, productivity, and enthusiasm for project goals. Track and report on key project performance metrics, including cost, time, quality, and resource utilization, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, ideally in the AMISP or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or technical projects is preferred.
