Maintanance Supervisor New Alipore

Supervise daily maintenance operations of the building , facility. Manage electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and maintenance staff. Ensure all equipment, machinery, electrical systems, and utilities work properly. Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance. Handle repair and breakdown issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain records of maintenance work, service schedules, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC services. Ensure safety standards, hygiene, and company maintenance policies are followed. Monitor generator, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and water supply systems. Control maintenance expenses and reduce equipment downtime. Train and guide maintenance staff for smooth operations. Report major issues and maintenance updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹18,000.00 per month
