Job Title: Four Wheeler Car Sales Manager Location: SN Hyundai (Joka) Industry: Automobile / Automotive Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Automobile Industry Mandatory) Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and last withdrawn salary) We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Four Wheeler Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive vehicle sales performance. The ideal candidate must have 5–7 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry, with a strong understanding of four-wheeler sales operations, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, and lead conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle launches. Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in four-wheeler automobile sales is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
