Synechron is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. Software Requirements
Required:
Proficiency in Java (latest secure versions, 8+), including Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services and APIs
Robust knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and data management best practices
Version control expertise with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Preferred:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and supporting cloud-native architectures
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and front-end testing tools (Jest, Enzyme)
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and front-end frameworks
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI teams, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices
Conduct code reviews and optimize existing codebases for performance and maintainability
Support deployment, environment management, and automation of build/test pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
