What success looks like in this role:

• Provides strategic guidance in partnership with management to address significant and impactful business needs and requirements.

• Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed technologies or changes.

• Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, overseeing contractors, global rollout, recent technologies and current architecture.

• Drives the globalization and standardization of technical and organizational system, application and process review.

• Maintains awareness of industry standards and applies learnings to advance the knowledge of supported functional areas.

• Works with leadership to develop, manage and report on solution development and process improvement efforts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Ability to interface with global client/ technical teams in a hybrid business/ tech capacity Ability to managing conflicting stakeholder requirements to bring consensus and maintain impeccable relationships Analyse and model business processes. Leads business process development. For example, Reporting processesItil process in service environmentService operating procedures, including knowledge management development Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience of documenting “As Is/To Be” processes and the ability to translate complexity into transparent requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support testing activities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, and user guides. #LI-RB1

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Master’s degree preferred
