Role Purpose

The Technical Lead – PPM provides hands‑on technical leadership for Haleon’s PPM platforms , with a primary focus on technical expertise leveraging Wellspring Accolade .

This role is responsible for solution configuration, creating data model, and integration enablement , ensuring that PPM capabilities support innovation and maintenance portfolios , are well‑integrated with enterprise data lakes , and are fit‑for‑purpose for analytics and decision‑making .

The role works closely with the PPM Product Manager, Architects, Data & Analytics teams, and Wellspring partners to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant PPM solutions.

Key Role Responsibilities

Accolade Configuration & Technical Enablement

Provide hands‑on configuration leadership for Wellspring Accolade, aligned to agreed solution designs.

Configure and support:

Project, program, and portfolio structures

Resource and financial models

Workflow, governance, and reporting configurations

Support configuration across multiple environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
