Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming email, chat, or call activities and complete assigned tasks through CRM portals and queues

Triage incoming cases received by CRM, prioritize and assign based on category

Offer case acknowledgment and expectations to customers

Provide application support by creating cases, conducting initial discovery, documenting issues, and escalating when necessary

Adhere to established SLAs and productivity/performance goals

Deliver world-class customer support in accordance with company valuesPerform database searches

Gain understanding of the product line and role responsibilitiesRemain empathetic and focused on resolving customer issues

Discuss trouble-ticket activities and incidents with team management

Type incident notes, compile reports, and troubleshoot help desk incidents to resolutionHandle high workloads while managing customer expectations

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month
