- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and professionalism Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education
- Full-time availability
- Required documentation (education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, experience letters if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work with urgency
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru (no remote or hybrid option) Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service (training will be provided)
- Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications (or willingness to learn)
