- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field (or any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience)
- 20+ years of experience in procurement, digital transformation, or procurement technology
- Robust understanding of procurement best practices, policies, and tools
- Experience implementing and operating procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua)
- Proven track record of delivering automation and process transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI, workflow tools), data analytics, and dashboarding
- Experience managing large-scale projects with end-to-end service and operations ownership
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global business environment
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level presentations and business cases
- High level of fluency in spoken and written English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience managing teams directly and influencing stakeholders indirectly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High learning agility with the ability to solve complex problems with limited oversight Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field
- Procurement or related professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP)
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and shape strategy within and beyond own organizational unit
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate and drive change through collaboration
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
