Job Summary Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to lead the development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise operations. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs. Your expertise will support digital transformation initiatives by delivering reliable, compliant, and productive Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.

Software Requirements Required: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages (6+ years) Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript (preferred) Proven experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations in Salesforce (6+ years) Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model , Security Model , Sharing Rules , and Governor Limits Experience working with version control tools : Git , Bitbucket (preferred) Experience with deployment tools like ANT , Salesforce CLI (VS Code) , or Copado (preferred) Working knowledge of salesforce environments including Experience Cloud , Service Cloud , or Marketing Cloud (desired) Preferred: Salesforce Certification such as Platform Developer I , Platform Developer II , or Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI development
