Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information Always maintain a high level of professionalism Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications: Advanced level of English proficiency Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education Full time availability Required documentation (education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, experience letters if applicable) Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work with urgency Positive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru (no remote or hybrid option)
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service (training will be provided) Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications (or willingness to learn) Robust teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a cooperative environment
