Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and basic technical knowledge. Candidates with a degree or diploma in Computer Science or related fields will be preferred. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Experience:
