Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Varanasi. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service, and managing phone inquiries. The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel lobby, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting the overall operation of the front office team.

Qualifications
