Security Guard (Varanasi)

We are looking for a vigilant and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, visitors, and assets. The candidate should be physically fit, alert, and capable of handling emergencies responsibly. Security guard roles on Apna commonly emphasize full-time, shift-based in office work, with responsibilities around monitoring premises, access control, incident reporting, and emergency response. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guard the premises during assigned shifts
- Check entry and exit of staff, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Maintain visitor logbook and gate register
- Patrol the building/property regularly to detect suspicious activity
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
- Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents
- Coordinate with management in case of any issue
- Ensure gates, doors, and sensitive areas remain secured
- Report incidents in writing to the supervisor
- Assist in crowd control or visitor guidance when required Requirements:
- Minimum education: 10th pass
- Prior experience as a security guard preferred
- Ex-Army / trained security personnel preferred
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
- Ability to work day/night rotational shifts
