Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze patient history, medical records, and case files Evaluate clinical information to support patient care decisions Assist in medication review and care recommendations in line with established clinical guidelines (note: final prescriptions are determined by licensed physicians as per regulations) Handle and process U.S. patient cases with accuracy and attention to detail Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare standards Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth case management
