Assistant Property Relationship Manager (Varanasi)

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Property Relation Manager to manage, promote, and oversee operations of our girls hostel. The role involves attracting students, handling inquiries, conducting property visits, and maintaining a robust online presence to ensure high occupancy. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and advertise the girls hostel through online and offline channels
- Manage and update listings on platforms (Google, social media, property portals)
- Handle student inquiries, calls, and walk-ins professionally
- Arrange and conduct hostel visits for prospective students/guardians
- Explain facilities, pricing, and benefits confidently to convert leads
- Build relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and student networks
- Maintain occupancy records and follow up with leads
- Ensure smooth coordination between tenants and management
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property presentation Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits:
