Job Title: Head – Human Resources (HR Head) Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 25+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will bring over 25 years of progressive HR experience, with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of HR strategy, organizational development, and people management. This role will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals and driving a high-performance culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational matters
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and implement retention strategies
- Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Oversee PF, ESIC, payroll, and other statutory compliances
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems
- Drive a performance-driven culture
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Foster a positive work environment and strong organizational culture
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation structures and perks programs
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- HR Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, and administration
- Drive HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Build a strong HR function capable of supporting business growth Key Skills & Competencies:
