Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roof Sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of roofing products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

● Identify and generate recent sales leads through various methods, including networking,

cold calling, and attending industry events.

● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

● Sales and Customer Management:

● Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and

provide appropriate roofing solutions.

● Present and demonstrate roofing products and services to potential clients.

● Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

● Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and

post-sale follow-up.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

● Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

● Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

● Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

● Candidates must own a bike, as the role requires regular travel within the assigned

location.

● This is a 6-day working role, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed working days. Weekly

off will be provided on a weekday.

● The role involves 100% field work. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive

on-ground travel and interacting with clients/customers.

Note:- ZunRoof has a BYOD(Bring your own device policy). Therefore, employees should use their own laptops and mobile phones at the workplace. In case an employee doesn’t have one,deduction of 1000/- will be done from your salary on a monthly basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹310,000.00
- ₹400,000.00 per year
