Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Customer Care & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into sales, along with supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure conversions.
- Manage customer relationships and provide prompt support.
- Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media handling, WhatsApp marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage e-commerce platforms, including order processing and updates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress. Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, internet usage).
