Position: Java, Python & SQL Developer (Reverse Engineering Specialist) Shift: Night Shift Salary: ₹50,000 per month Location: Nadesar, Varanasi Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Manoka Assortment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, SQL, and reverse engineering techniques. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing systems, extracting insights from data, automating workflows, and understanding software architectures and APIs. This role requires working in the night shift and collaborating with technical teams on data-driven and automation-focused projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases and complex queries
- Perform reverse engineering of applications, APIs, workflows, and data structures
- Analyze software behavior and troubleshoot technical issues
- Build data extraction, transformation, and reporting tools
- Work with APIs, logs, and system integrations
- Improve performance, scalability, and security of existing systems
- Document technical processes and findings clearly Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization
- Experience with reverse engineering tools and techniques
- Understanding of APIs, web technologies, and automation
- Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools
- Good debugging and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web scraping and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Prior experience in backend development or data engineering preferred Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
