Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Varanasi. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients, understanding their investment objectives, and recommending suitable products and services. The role includes proactively reaching out to existing and prospective clients, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, execute transactions accurately, and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes. The Senior Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, achieving revenue and AUM targets, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, customer service orientation, and ability to build trust with diverse investor profiles.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, equity and derivative products, and investment advisory concepts.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Comfort with using trading platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software for reporting and client tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales within broking, wealth management, or financial services.
