Role: QA Engineer – Cloud IT Operations Platform (RMM) Location: Noida Experience: 2-4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled QA Engineer who has experience of working on cloud-based IT Operations platform, which enables IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to monitor, manage, and secure Endpoints at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Test Scenarios & Test Cases using X-Ray
- Perform Smoke / Sanity / Regression / API Testing on RMM Platform
- Validate workflows across RMM, Patch Management, Asset Management, and Security
- Defect Management using JIRA
- Attend Agile Scrum Ceremonies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of QA experience in Cloud/Web application testing
- Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, REST APIs)
- Good understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux platforms
- Hands-on Experience with RMM or IT Ops platforms
- Good Networking knowledge
- Solid Communication skills (as the person needs to interact with US based team)
- Strong Analytical skills
