Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Client Partner with strong expertise in technology staffing, enterprise account management, AI ecosystem understanding, and strategic workforce consulting. This role requires someone who can engage confidently with CXOs, engineering leaders, AI practice heads, procurement teams, and business stakeholders while driving account growth, staffing delivery, and strategic technology partnerships. - Build and manage relationships with enterprise technology leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and business stakeholders
- Understand client technology landscapes, digital transformation initiatives, and AI adoption strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor for technology staffing and workforce transformation discussions
- Conduct strategic governance reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement sessions AI & Technology Consulting Alignment
- Engage with clients on emerging technology hiring requirements including:

- Ensure strong pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and SLA adherence
- Monitor recruitment metrics, delivery effectiveness, and client satisfaction
- Support strategic hiring initiatives for large-scale transformation programs Technical & Workforce Advisory
- Advise clients on:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
