Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Customer Care & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into sales, along with supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries. Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure conversions. Manage customer relationships and provide prompt support. Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media handling, WhatsApp marketing, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate and manage e-commerce platforms, including order processing and updates. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Requirements: Positive communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce. Computer proficiency (MS Office, internet usage). Positive attitude and robust follow-up skills.
