Senior Front-End Engineer (React) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with over 7 years of experience in modern web development, specializing in React.js . The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable, high-performance applications, with a preference for candidates from the financial services domain .Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React.js Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsivenessEnsure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean and efficient UI solutions Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end strategyRequired Qualifications 7+ years of experience in front-end development Strong expertise in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar) Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)Strong experience with version control (Git) Proven ability to deliver production-grade, scalable applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working in financial services, fintech, or banking environments Understanding of security, compliance, and data-sensitive applications Experience with TypeScriptFamiliarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Exposure to micro-frontend architecture is a plus Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work Matrix is a global, dynamic, and fast‑growing technology services and consulting company with over 17,000 employees worldwide .
