This isn't just a teaching job; it's a mentorship role where you will bridge the gap between classroom learning and the fast-paced AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) industry. You will be responsible for molding the next generation of designers, helping them master everything from foundational typography to high-end cinematic motion graphics.Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Lead hands-on sessions in Graphic Design, UI/UX foundations, and 2D/3D Motion Graphics. Software Mastery: Expertly teach the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AI Tools). Portfolio Mentorship: Guide students in building industry-standard portfolios that stand out to top-tier studios.Industry Integration: Conduct workshops on the latest trends, including AI-assisted design tools and social media content creation (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Evaluation: Provide constructive, high-fidelity feedback on student projects, ensuring they meet professional or modern aesthetic standards.What We're Looking For Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of design theory, layout, typography, and motion principles. Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an agency or studio environment, with a strong portfolio to show for it. Communication: Ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible, engaging lessons for students.Software Toolkit: Expert: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, AI Tools. Bonus: Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Nuke or Figma. Educational Mindset: Prior experience in teaching or corporate training is a significant plus.
