The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and nurturing customer relationships, and supporting business growth strategies. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to create lasting partnerships and enhance the overall client experience.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities effectively. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in Lead Generation and building client relationships. Market Research capabilities to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.Customer Service skills to provide an outstanding and personalized experience. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the travel and tourism sector or local knowledge of Varanasi is a plus.
