Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer (Varanasi)

Ecure Healthcare is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer who can support our digital presence and branding initiatives. The role involves managing digital marketing activities along with designing visually engaging creatives aligned with healthcare communication standards. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, multi-skilled, and interested in building a career in healthcare marketing. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for healthcare services
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create captions, basic content, and post schedules
- Support SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization
- Assist in running and monitoring digital ads (Google/Meta – basic level)
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
- Research competitors, trends, and healthcare marketing practices Graphic Designing Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives
- Create marketing collaterals such as flyers, posters, brochures, and presentations
- Edit and resize creatives for different digital platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for creative requirements
- Make revisions based on feedback and timelines Required Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online trends
- Working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
- Basic understanding of typography, colors, and layouts
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Digital marketing or graphic design certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Portfolio of academic, internship, or personal design work (for designers) Pay: ₹14,000.00
