About the Role:We are hiring a Senior Executive who can independently manage partners, drive conversions, and improve overall partner performance.Key Responsibilities:- Drive lead generation through partner ecosystem- Onboard and activate new partners / digital aggregators- Improve conversion rates through regular follow-ups and tracking- Execute partner agreements and manage documentation- Handle partner invoicing and payout processes- Train partner teams on product offerings and sales approach- Collaborate with counsellors to ensure consistent performance- Monitor and achieve monthly business targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- UG / PG (MBA preferred)- 2–5 years of experience in channel sales / partnerships / EdTech- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills- Experience in handling CRM tools and data tracking- Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneouslyapna
