Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager based in Varanasi. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of required supplies, and collaborating with internal teams to align procurement with business needs. Compliance with quality standards and cost optimization will be integral to the role. Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills
- Experience in procurement planning, cost optimization, and analysis
- Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain management, and market trends
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
