About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Counselor – UG Premium Counseling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a client-facing, outcome-driven role requiring deep expertise in undergraduate admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-value student portfolios

The charter for this role will include:

Own end-to-end premium counselling for undergraduate students aspiring to study abroad (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)

Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies

Guide students on:

-Academic and extracurricular profile building

-College shortlisting and application strategy

-Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives

Drive admissions outcomes by ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic rigor

Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong service ownership

Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and conversion

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, content, product) to improve counselling experience

Stay updated on global admissions trends, policies, and university requirements

Ideal Persona:

2–5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counselling, preferably in premium/Ivy League-focused markets

Robust understanding of global UG admissions ecosystems

Proven success in handling high-value students and complex profiles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability

Exposure to process design, tools, or tech-enabled counselling platforms is a plus

Background in premium education consulting firms or international education startups
